Welcoming new carers to the team this spring
We are really pleased to introduce four new carers who have joined the Generations Care Agency team over the last few weeks.
A warm welcome
Between them, our new colleagues bring years of experience in home care, hospital settings and specialist dementia support. What they share is a genuine care for older people and a warm, unhurried way of working.
Training and shadowing
Every new carer completes a thorough induction, spends time shadowing senior team members and is fully DBS checked before any solo visits. It is one of the reasons families across Chesterfield trust us with the people they love.

CQC inspectors praise Generations Care Agency
A social care service from Chesterfield has been praised after a Care Quality Commission report. Generations Care Agency was rated as 'Good' following inspections, with CQC inspectors recognising the safe, caring and high-quality support provided to clients across Chesterfield and North Derbyshire.

We are pleased to share that Generations Care Agency has completed the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) and is now officially DSPT certified. It is a mark that our data-handling processes meet the national standards expected of health and social care providers in Chesterfield and North Derbyshire.
