CQC inspectors praise Generations Care Agency
A social care service from Chesterfield has been praised after a Care Quality Commission report. Generations Care Agency was rated as 'Good' following inspections, with CQC inspectors recognising the safe, caring and high-quality support provided to clients across Chesterfield and North Derbyshire.

What the inspection looked at
England's care services are inspected against five key questions: are they safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led? CQC inspectors reviewed every aspect of our service before awarding Generations Care Agency an overall 'Good' rating.
A word from the CQC
Sue Howard, Deputy Chief Inspector for Adult Social Care in the Central region, said people are entitled to services which provide safe and high quality care. The 'Good' rating reflects the commitment of our whole team to meeting that standard every day.
What it means for our clients and families
For the families we support, the rating is independent confirmation that we look after people properly. It recognises our trained, DBS-checked carers, our person-centred care plans and the strong, local management that keeps the service safe and responsive.
