Modern Slavery Statement

Our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and supply chain.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Our position

Generations Care Agency Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in all its forms. Although we are below the statutory turnover threshold under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we voluntarily publish this statement to demonstrate our commitment.

Our people

Every member of staff has the right to work in the UK verified before they start, receives a written contract, is paid at least the Real Living Wage, and holds their own identity documents. Recruitment is conducted directly by us and never through unregulated agencies.

Our supply chain

We assess suppliers of uniforms, PPE, cleaning and office goods for their own modern slavery controls and expect them to uphold equivalent standards.

Training and reporting

Safeguarding training includes recognising the signs of modern slavery and trafficking, particularly among vulnerable adults we support. Concerns can be raised confidentially to our Registered Manager or externally to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
