Safeguarding & Quality

Keeping vulnerable adults safe is non-negotiable.

Safeguarding sits at the heart of everything we do. Our policies, training and oversight meet — and exceed — UK regulatory standards.

CQC Compliance

We are registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission and adhere to all five Key Lines of Enquiry: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

Safer Recruitment

Enhanced DBS checks, full reference verification, right-to-work checks and structured values-based interviews for every carer.

Continuous Training

Care Certificate induction plus mandatory training in safeguarding, dementia, moving & handling, infection control, medication and first aid.

Supervision & Oversight

Regular spot checks, supervisions, appraisals and care plan reviews ensure consistently high standards.

Safeguarding Reporting

Clear policies and a culture that encourages staff, clients and families to raise concerns without fear.

Data & Privacy

Fully GDPR-compliant. Care notes and personal information are stored securely and shared only with consent.

Raising a safeguarding concern

If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a person in our care, please contact our Registered Manager immediately. All concerns are taken seriously, investigated thoroughly and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant Local Authority Safeguarding Team and the Care Quality Commission.
